We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across our horticultural sites. The duties of this position are:

Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee daily logistics schedules for cherry harvest operations
- Coordinate allocation and movement of harvest equipment across orchard blocks

- Assess harvest blocks (crop volume, varieties, hazards) and communicate outcomes with the grower
