Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily vineyard and orchard operations, including pruning, wire-lifting, bud-rubbing, canopy management, harvesting, and other seasonal tasks.
- Lead, motivate, and manage teams of up to 20–30 seasonal or RSE workers across multiple vineyard sites.
