Responsibilities:- 

General supervision of Orchard work- A supervisor also ensures the maintenance of company tools and equipment and overall, ensures the work, health and safety of all workers on site

· Delegation of tasks to Orchard workers

. Coordinating staff rosters and delegating duties to other team members

. Planning shift schedules and distributing responsibilities among employees

. Overseeing staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, promotions, terminations, and addressing employee issues.

· Administrative duties e.g timesheet management

· Conduct orchard inductions and tool box team meetings with workers and outline how tasks are to be carried out

· Comply with Health and Safety regulations Fulfill other duties as required by management
