Job Description

Provide exceptional care, while evaluating outcomes for residents and their families. Monitor changes to residents' conditions and behaviours. Administer medicines, and assist residents with daily activities.
Duties include:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documents
- Educate and direct peers about possible side-effects of medicines
- Monitor residents and initiate appropriate treatment in an emergency
- Wound management
- Reassuring and educating residents' families
Skills and Experience:
- Current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate
- Computer literacy with concise reporting skills
- People skills + empathy for our residents and their families
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts
- 1+ years of experience as a registered nurse in NZ preferred but not essential - new graduates welcome
