Scaffolders Wanted – Ongoing Work Across Auckland

About the RoleExtrastaff are looking for motivated and experienced Scaffolders to join our growing team. We have multiple projects across Auckland and need reliable people who are keen to get stuck in and help deliver quality results on site.

What you’ll be doing:

Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently

Checking and maintaining stability of scaffolds to meet health & safety standards

Loading, unloading, and positioning scaffold materials on site

Working alongside other trades to provide safe access to work areas

What we’re looking for:

Previous scaffolding experience (basic to advanced)

Valid Site Safe or ConstructSafe (preferred)

Current tickets/licences an advantage (but not essential)

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

What you will do

Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to understand their data requirements, model development needs, and performance optimization goals;

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support ML model development and deployment;

Collect, process, and prepare large datasets for analysis, feature engineering, and model training;

Implement data quality checks, validation, and monitoring to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data used in ML models;

Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing performance for ML workloads;

Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and workflows;

Manage data versioning, storage, and access control for ML datasets;

Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and scaling of ML models in production environments;

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in data engineering and ML infrastructure.

Must haves 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field;

Proven experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in a role supporting Data Scientists;

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala;

Proficiency with data storage and processing technologies, including SQL databases, NoSQL databases, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark);

Experience with data warehousing solutions and data integration tools;

Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: AWS glue, Airflow, etc;

Knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and ML model deployment;

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes);

Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset;

Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.

CURB360™ is a fast growing real estate media company! We are actively creating real estate media content in various cities across the United States and as more work gets done, of course, the work also needs to be delivered. We are looking for people who are readily available Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience preferences.

- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely publication across multiple platforms.

- Review incoming emails and promptly respond to those about customer support inquiries.

- Verify the images stored in the folders and cross-reference them with the accompanying notes.

- Send any relevant notes and screenshots to retouchers via email.

- Organize stock images in their respective folders inside our cloud servers.

- Include the top-quality images in the Social Media folders.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and content partners as needed providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

- Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in content management & photo editing programs (e.g., GoogleDrive, Adobe Creative Suite, Watermarking Software)

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Experience with photography, video production, graphic design or multimedia content creation is a plus.
