About The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader - Accounts Payable, you are responsible for accurately processing accounts payable invoices and credit notes. Reconciliation of supplier accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis is also important together with maintenance of the PO system and supplier master files.
Who are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounts or significant related experience
- Experience in data entry and administration activities
- Strong knowledge of and experience in Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive "can do" attitude
- Sound problem identification and solving skills
- Effective planning and prioritising skills
- Proven record of following through to completion
