About The Role

Join our team as a Service Planning Analyst and play a key part in shaping the seamless onboarding and support of innovative new services. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across teams and partners, drive process improvements, and contribute to successful technology transitions in a dynamic environment. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our systems and teams are production-ready for the next phase of growth.

In this role you will;

  • Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for production-ready support.
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding schedules, plans, and key documentation.
  • Liaise with outsourcing partners, track deliverables, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and support compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

About You

You are a proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and enjoys collaborating to deliver seamless service transitions.

You will also have;

  • Experience coordinating or supporting planning or onboarding activities for technology or service delivery projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage documentation, schedules, and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Hands-on experience with project planning, reporting, or data management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, analyse requirements, and remain resilient in a dynamic environment.
