Our pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour depending on personal ability.
We operate busy bakeries with locations in Tauranga and Rotorua, located in the Bay of Plenty Region. Shift hours will be on a rotating roster from 2:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. We are seeking individuals who are able to start early at 2:00 AM and are available to work on weekends when required.
To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking 2 Bakers to join us. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about baking, have a keen attention to detail, possess the ability to multitask, and can contribute proactively as team members.
Ideal candidate should have 1 year relevant work experience same field or industry or a relevant qualification of level 4 or above or have a bachelor degree. Priority will be given to local NZ residence/citizens.
Tasks Include:
· Measure and combine ingredients and raw materials using hands/hand tools and other equipment to make doughs for pies, pastry, bread rolls, and other pastry foods.
· Make sweet , savory and special ingredient fillings, sources and toppings.
· Check the quality of the ingredients and the prepared raw materials to make sure quality standard are met
· Set, adjust and monitor oven and other cookware’s temperatures to ensure proper baking and cooking time
· Take out the baked pastry from the forms, trays, unloading, de-panning and cooling the finished products
· Decorate, glaze and adjust the display of the finished products
· Test the finished products to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality requirements
· Clean and restock workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
· Check the cleanliness of equipment and operation of machines before each run, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

We are looking for a Machinery Operator for our busy horticulture business. This is a full-time permanent position and will consist of operating and maintaining orchard machinery.
To be considered for this position you’ll have at least a qualification at Diploma level (Level 4) or at least three years of previous experience in the agriculture or horticulture industry. You must have a current driver's license (either a New Zealand license or an international license with no issues which would prevent a conversion of the license) You should have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and be able to work independently to reach goals. You must be able to multitask and will be able to complete work in set time frames.
