Buffalo Plumbing & Gas is a fast growing plumbing gas fitting and drain layer company. We would like to get some carpenters to join our company.
Requirements:
at least 2 years working experience or relevant 4 level carpenter trades certificate required
Candidate need to perform below tasks
construct, erect, install, renovate and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, wallboard and other materials, and cut, shape and fit timber parts to form structures and fittings.
What we offer you

Position Summary:
Manages the overall operation of the restaurant, recruiting and training staff, responsible for inventory and money control systems. Manages local promotion & marketing initiatives.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning menus in consultation with Chefs
- Planning and organising special functions
- Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
- Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
- Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
- May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders.
PREREQUISITES:

· Two years’ experience within the hospitality sector OR a minimum qualification at NZQF Diploma is required.

Duties

Meal production, can meet customers’ individual preference and special dietary needs.

Maintain appearance, hygiene, and presentation of meals, ensuring serving flavor appropriate to customers’ needs and preferences.

Ensure adequate food supplies are available for food preparation and for customer and staff meals.

Assist in the menu planning for local customers

Maintain a strict level of hygiene both personal and with equipment, utensils, and food.

Contribute to Compliance, particularly related to food.
