We are a company operates three restaurant businesses in Whanganui and we are now hiring 4 Cooks.
Work location: Whanganui
Length of employment: Full time and permanent.
Hours: 40 hours per week (Minimum 30 hours guaranteed)
Payrate $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Job duties of the position offered –
-
examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
-
regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment

preparing and cooking food
-
seasoning food during cooking
-
portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes

storing food in temperature controlled facilities
-
preparing food to meet special dietary requirements

may plan menus and estimate food requirements

may train other kitchen staff and apprentices
Requirements of the position offered -
- NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification in cookery field, or at least 1 year relevant work experience
- Be available to work on weekends and public holidays as per the roster
- Flexibility to work within a 7-Days a week operation including split shifts
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills and team spirit
- Able to work till late evenings
- Can pass drug test and have a clean police record

• Maintain a high standard of hygiene in the storage and preparation of massage materials.

• Employing other Thai Massage techniques and complementary aids and essential oils assist recovery.

• This is a full-time and permanent position
• Wage payment ranges from $27 to $35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. Payment is made weekly.
• Holiday pay and sick leave will be paid according to the law
• You will be working at 3/216 Wicksteed Street, City, Whanganui
• We open from Monday to Friday 9.30 am – 6.30 pm and Saturday to Sunday 9.00 am – 6.30 pm
• You will work according to a roster 5 - 6 days each week with a guarantee of 30 hours

As Territory Manager you will:
+ Develop strong relationships with stores and their key staff

**The ingredients you'll bring**
+ At least 3 years experience in a large FMCG company, in a Field Sales or Account Management role
+ Experience working with New World & PakNSave owner-operated stores
+ Confectionery category experience, including managing significant seasonal activity
+ Strong communication skills with an ability to adapt your style as needed
+ A passion for selling and building relationships, including influencing and negotiation skills
+ A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
+ Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
+ The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
+ Solid skills in MS Excel & Teams, reporting and analytical skills and experience with Tableau is advantageous
+ Flexibility to work additional hours during our busy seasonal periods (Easter and Christmas)

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $10,000.
Depending on the remuneration package selected and by mutual agreement, the successful candidate may be entitled to the use of a Company vehicle, or they may be required to provide their own vehicle (mid-sized SUV) for work-related duties, and be solely responsible for all costs associated with the operation and maintenance of their vehicle. It is an open term for negotiation.
