What You’ll Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline — your financial expertise is the cornerstone of your success.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with deep knowledge of the New Zealand market (Bonus points if you've worked in dynamic financial environments across Australia, the US, Canada, or Europe!)
  • A mastery of financials, from management accounting to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting — you're the one who makes the numbers tell the story
  • Excel wizardry (and other financial software too) — you’re the go-to person for complex spreadsheets and data analysis, transforming them into actionable insights
  • A natural communicator, able to translate complex financial data into clear, concise narratives for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail — accuracy is your middle name, and you thrive in managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines with ease.
  • Financial modelling and statistical analysis are second nature to you, and you can craft reports that don’t just inform, but inspire action.

  • A proactive mindset, constantly on the lookout for opportunities to improve processes and optimize efficiency across the board.
  • Sharp business acumen, with the ability to make sound, commercially astute decisions that drive growth and success.
  • Adaptability and resilience — you're comfortable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, and you maintain high performance even under pressure.
  • An inexhaustible sense of integrity — professionalism, ethical conduct, and trustworthiness are the values that guide you in everything you do.
