About the Role
We are currently seeking Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, enjoy preparing authentic Thai dishes, and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process ingredients using a variety of techniques (e.g., marinating, seasoning, slicing, kneading, dicing).
- Cook food using a range of methods, including boiling, frying, and steaming.
- Ensure timely preparation and cooking of menu items.
- Dress and present dishes to a high standard before service.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safe food storage practices.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with stock management and place orders when required.
- Train or supervise new kitchen staff when necessary.
- Perform other related duties as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have one of the following:
- At least one year of relevant cooking experience (experience in a similar business environment preferred), OR
- A certificate in cookery, hospitality, or a related field, OR
· A Bachelor’s qualification in any field, demonstrating your ability to acquire, apply, and adapt complex skills such as discipline, problem-solving, organisation, and quick learning.
Additionally, you will have:
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-demand kitchen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
