We are looking for a full time Assistant Manager (40hrs a week) to join ourFrontOffice receptionteam.
The Role:
- Work with the management teamto develop, reviewand maintainCordis service quality standards
- Provide training to new Cordis colleagues
- Encourage and motivate our Guest Service Agents to achieve KPIs by leading by example and taking initiative in creating moments of WOW for our guests
- Be first point of contact for all situations that may arise and liaise with relevant departments, individuals and third parties
- Promote revenue generating opportunities by enable a culture of showing the guest the best the hotel has to offer
Our IdealCandidate:
- A minimum of 3 year' experience in a similarposition or a level 4 degree
- We are looking for someone who is flexible with their availability – to be successful, you will need to be able to work morning and afternoon shifts across a 7 day rotating roster.
- Hold a General Managers license or working toward one.
- Strong PMS skills are a must

+ Oversee the design, simulation and optimisation of treatment processes
+ Provide guidance on technical challenges and solutions, including advanced process technologies and sustainability practices.

+ Relevant tertiary degree
+ Extensive years of relevant experience in the wastewater treatment industry at Senior level
+ Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, technologies and environmental regulations in Australia and New Zealand
+ Proficiency in process engineering, data analysis, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
+ Proven leadership and mentoring experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We’re looking for a highly experienced Furniture Removalist/Truck Driver with 2+ years in the industry to join our professional and customer-focused team. If you have strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier moving services, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Operate 10m³–60m³ tail lift trucks for residential and commercial relocations
- Supervise and train junior team members
- Ensure safe, damage-free packing, handling, loading, and delivery
- Optimize routes using GPS for timely pickups and drop-offs
- Interact professionally with clients and resolve onsite queries
- Perform basic vehicle checks, maintenance, and cleanliness
- Assist with job planning, time coordination, and customer invoicing if required
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the furniture removals industry
- Truck driver’s license
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams on moving jobs
- Strong physical fitness and lifting techniques
- Excellent customer service and time management skills

+ Utilise your water infrastructure expertise, leadership, coordination and communication skills to successfully engage and guide project delivery teams, whilst working closely with end clients and contractors.
+ You will be responsible for overall design delivery including having the ultimate carriage on design project decisions.
+ Ensure projects are delivered within the constraints of quality, time and budget.

+ 20 years plus experience in water infrastructure engineering, design and construction support with Chartered Civil or Mechanical Engineer (CPEng) and consulting experience.

+ Client relationship / management skills and experience, with established local client relationships and reputable track record being our preference.
+ Experience in trenchless and low-disruption construction methods and asset rehabilitation methods will be an added advantage.
